Virtual Visits

What is a virtual visit?

A virtual visit (telemedicine) lets you see Doctor Mom from anywhere using your smartphone, tablet, or computer. It's a convenient option for non-emergency medical concerns, follow-ups, prescription refills, and more.

What conditions can be treated via virtual visit?

Virtual visits are appropriate for many common issues including colds, flu, rashes, minor infections, prescription refills, and follow-up care. Some conditions do require an in-person exam — we will let you know if that applies to you.

How do I prepare for a virtual visit?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and your device's camera and microphone are working. Find a quiet, well-lit space for your appointment. You'll receive a link or login details when you book.
